Quinoa “falafel”

This is the rough-draft version of a quinoa falafel. Which turned out less solid than imagined because we decided not to let the mixture sit before we pan-fried and ate it. It was still good. I’m sure it would also be good the other planned way, too, of course.

we used:

everything listed except sesame seeds and the tahini sauce

you might need:

a food processor/blender for time-efficiency

and an extra hour to let it “sit in fridge”

result: tasty, easy mix of ingredients with various possible forms. but you have to cook it somehow because of the raw eggs involved.
