Couscous with chili tofu and peas

I was planning couscous; Edie was planning tofu… and look what we made together!

1 cup water to boiling point – pour in 1 cup couscous, cover, remove from heat, let sit.

pan-sautee some tofu and peas with chili oil (or soy sauce, or anything!)

fluff up couscous after 10-15 minutes with a fork and mix everything in.

and add any condiment of your choosing. (me, pepper; Edie, hot sauce)

four ingredients, basically!
