Spinach salad with tuna and eggs

Not so special, but better than the lunches on campus at Carnegie Mellon. And I needed a little change from those peanut butter and raspberry jam sandwiches I was taking before.

Made of…

spinach,

tuna, in olive oil,

eggs, more soft-boiled than hard,

olive oil,

balsamic vinegar,

and salt and pepper.

Easy. The body likes it, too.
