Tomato tuna pasta sauce with capers

This could totally go on a pasta, though I mixed it in my couscous.

I just wanted to throw together something by Giada, but I think I made it easier. Possibly.

I got the pot out. I heated up some olive oil, threw in a clove or two of garlic, let it get toasty, then dropped in a chopped stalk of celery, and a couple carrots. And then they got soft, and then I added a can of tuna! And then I broke that up! And then I threw in a can of crushed roasted tomatoes. And then a smattering of capers. And lots of pepper. And then I let it simmer. And it smelt wonderful.
