Mushroom stroganoff

Mmmm.

Jonathan, remember when we hated mushrooms? I’m glad those days are over.

This was simple. And tasty! Onions and whatever mushrooms in a pan, basil, throw in some salt ‘n pepper, and dollops of Greek yogurt (which we substituted for sour cream, actually). Fantastic!

The recipe serves six, so if you’re changing the amounts, keep an eye on the amount of sauce in the pan. Otherwise you’ll have more sauce than pasta!
