Pesto pita and tuna topping

But all we did was sautee it in olive oil with onions, zucchini and tomatoes... sprinkled with salt, pepper and rosemary.

And pita was toasting in the oven!

And then we had it with an arugula pesto that was ridiculously easy to make: lots of arugula, some spinach, olive oil, several cloves of garlic, parmesan cheese, salt  – in the food processor/blender! Inspired by:
