Low carb dinner

Nina’s recipes are interesting. They’re creative, inspired, technicolor works. Mine, contrarily, are pretty simple and often not even very integrative when it comes to the 2 ingredients involved.

That said, mine still have their selling points. I simply haven’t a clue as to what they are just yet.

In the meantime, this is what I had for dinner.

andouille, avocado, bell pepper, and an omelette

First, note how delicious that omelette looks… I’ve become incredible at making them. But so can you. Follow this. I skip on the butter and use soymilk.

Having a bite of creamy avocado, spicy sausage, and soft omelette – chased by the cool and refreshing crisp of a bell pepper… awesome.

This high protein, low carb meal took around fifteen minutes to prepare. Fast for those impatient, tasty for those who… care about taste (everyone?), generally healthy. Zing!
