You said you wanted a bagel sandwich?
Okay fine, you didn’t exactly – but I know you were thinking it!
Ruby and I tend to have some ridiculously hands-on lunches. (She was the one who made Greek-yogurt-tuna pita sandwiches with me that one time – see here!) Our bagel sandwiches were no exception.
I think the savory sesame bagels did a great number. Inside went: a fried egg, sliced tomatoes, arugula, some grated parmesan and dijon mustard. Magic.
