Roast your veggies. Add stuff.

What you see is what you get! (Except you can’t see the tastiness, I guess.)

350-degrees, 15-20 minutes. Olive oil, pepper, salt, even some dijon mustard if you want! Pour that over your veggies of choice, mix it all in. Add something exciting, like capers and sundried tomatoes. It’s great.

Jonathan, you will like this. Your apartment will smell wonderfully. You’ll hear the exciting sound of crackling brussel sprouts…
