Parmesan, rosemary and pepper crackers

Making crackers is a surprisingly serious process. For how few ingredients there are (and any toppings you want!), it’s a slight challenge getting into the rhythm of rolling out dough and 5-minute baking times. It took me all afternoon.

But it was so worth it! My fellow June-birthday friends and I wanted to put on a party for our peeps, and our collaboration ended up in a ridiculously awesome dance party. (And I realized that savory crackers are a great balance for other sweets. Party triumph!!!)

Two blogs I reference used the same recipe: 101 cookbooks and 17 and baking. I love that toppings are up to you. The parmesan is perfect! And flouring the pan really is essential, lest you want everything overcooked and burnt!
