It’s not the most photogenic dessert, but it’s definitely my latest favorite.
When frozen, bananas become banana ice-cream, in banana shape. I know – revolutionary. I didn’t realize people froze their bananas… until Aimee said that she did. (I guess it makes sense, given chocolate-covered frozen bananas.)
Just don’t forget to peel them before putting them in a bag to freeze.
Then, when they’re frozen, revel in the creaminess.
