Can’t handle frozen bananas? I’ve got your back.

I let tofu sit in a pan drizzled with grapeseed oil for around ten minutes on the lowest heat, then added salt, pepper, and cayenne to taste.

For basically no effort (in the interim, you can do something meaningful), you get a fast snack with 24g protein and virtually no carbs or fat. Of course, there’s a cost – if you do this too often, you may turn into a woman. (Provided you aren’t a woman already.)
