A while back, I was flipping through a magazine at a friend’s place and found this recipe for a cheeseburger using ground lamb. Finally got around to preparing it last week.
My sister and I didn’t deviate from the recipe one bit, so you can lean on it safely. May be worth noting my extensive experience cooking meats, though, so don’t be too disappointed if yours doesn’t turn out quite so tasty.
