I am a hearty supporter of Trader Joe’s ready-to-use pizza dough. Jonathan and I enjoyed rolling out the dough blob, practicing air twirling, desperately pulling it every which way…
Basically, it’s a totally enjoyable (slightly nerve-wracking) experience. Love it!
Once we decided to be done, Jonathan poked hundreds (maybe thousands) tiny holes into the dough because I read somewhere to do that.
Then the funnest part: the toppings!!! Our edition featured a simple marinara sauce and thin slices of mozzarella balls.
After 10 minutes in 450 degree, I then added a generous helping of Julienned basil and a drizzle of olive oil.
And theeeen it was allll gone.
Thus was the fantastic adventure of this pizza-loving family.
